Tanya Loscutoff currently teaches group fitness classes, boot camp, and is a personal trainer at the Brea Community Center. With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Tanya has a proven track record of helping people attain and maintain their personal goals, as well as getting her clients to that “next step.” Tanya believes in pushing her clients, but in a safe manner that correlates to one’s physical abilities. Tanya’s passions are her family, working out, and running. Despite her battle with Lupus, she has successfully completed the L.A. Marathon, Ragnar, several half marathons, and mud runs. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle helps her tackle any challenge life throws her way.
Tanya’s workout philosophy is, “I will push you, but never beyond your means.” She trains with fun, innovative moves that produce changes and improvements to one’s overall fitness and appearance. Tanya has trained people for everything from mud runs to marathons, as well as helping clients get stronger and healthier before surgery/pregnancy or their recovery after. Well into her 40’s, Tanya’s experience, knowledge and passion has helped others achieve their goals. No matter what level of fitness you are at or what goals you want to achieve, Tanya will help you on your journey to a healthier, more fit, wonderful you.
