Well-Fit Day is a community-based event that focuses on overall health, wellness, and physical fitness. 


Begin your fitness journey and enjoy group exercise classes such as BodyPump, Zumba, Cycle, Yoga, and more. Take advantage of exclusive offers for massage, personal training, TRX, Pilates reformer, and merchandise

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned, and fit. Combining scientifically-backed moves, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve your workout goals.

Launch your Well-FIT day with this 2-part BODYPUMP class! The first session will be a "Blast from the Past" BodyPump class highlighting all those favorite flashback tracks. During your second session, Instructors will coach you through new moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, and motivation with the latest tracklist – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Looking to build strength and endurance without heavy weights? Look no further than TRX Strong: All Levels. This beginning class will teach you the fundamentals of TRX including; push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge, and squat. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better, and live better. Patrons with a membership get in FREE. Anyone can join just register and pay admission for the day. Kick off our first Well-Fit Day with us!
