Jaci Schork is an NSCA-certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. She has Bachelors's and Masters's degrees in Kinesiology and has been an athlete her whole life, playing four years of collegiate volleyball at Biola University, then coaching and training the Providence Women’s Volleyball team for three years.
Jaci brings 6+ years of experience, from working with collegiate athletes to her one-on-one personal training clients from all ages and stages of life. Her philosophy is centered around helping you find the ways you enjoy moving daily and accomplish your goals. She is a firm believer that addressing both the mental and physical goals of each client together is fundamental to the growth and greater overall health. She cares deeply about catering each program and experience to each unique client. Jaci hopes that her clients feel empowered, inspired, and challenged when working with her.
