[ARCHIVED] Voluntary Evacuations Issued in Carbon Canyon

The City of Brea is issuing voluntary evacuations in Carbon Canyon, east of Brea Hills to the County line. This is a safety precaution due to the Blue Ridge Fire currently burning in Yorba Linda, to the south of Brea. In addition, Carbon Canyon Road has been closed at the County line to ease traffic. Please head west through Brea when evacuating the canyon.

As evacuating, gather your belongings and head to a family or friends home, or a hotel. The Brea Community Center, 695 Madison Way, is also available as an evacuation center. Please note, COVID precautions will be in place at the community center. If you have a mobility issue or need help evacuating, please call 714-671-3648.
