City staff provided an overview of the evolution of Brea Downtown parking arrangements, along with results from parking and market studies, options for adding additional parking, cost estimates and potential related revenue enhancements. Several Downtown owners presented their point of view and answered questions. Brea residents also spoke on the topic. The Mayor and the City Council directed staff to compile additional information and bring the item back at a future council meeting.
