At its most recent meeting, the Brea City Council adopted Phase 2 restrictions under its water conservation ordinance. Outdoor irrigation can only take place on Mondays and Thursdays before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. No cycle may run longer than 15 minutes. There is to be no runoff onto paved surfaces or into the storm drains. No more than one foot of water per month may be added to a pool.
